Flick admits surprise over Gabriel Jesus' rapid impact at Barcelona

Hansi Flick has praised Gabriel Jesus' quick adaptation to life at Barcelona following his summer move from Arsenal.
Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has expressed his genuine surprise at the immediate impact Gabriel Jesus has made since joining the club. The 29-year-old forward arrived in Catalonia this summer following a four-year stint at Arsenal, which concluded with a Premier League title victory.
Despite featuring in only five matches across all competitions, Jesus has already found the back of the net three times. His efficiency has been particularly notable given that he has started just one of those games, which occurred in the recent victory over Getafe.
A bright start in Spain
"We're very happy with him. He's a bit of a surprise, we have to admit. His behaviour is fantastic and he's a great player."

With Raphinha currently sidelined due to a muscle injury, Jesus is a strong candidate to lead the attack in the upcoming Champions League fixture against Galatasaray. Flick noted that while the team is still evaluating his fitness for the match, the striker's contributions have been vital during this early stage of the season.
