Bayern Munich hit by double injury setback

Ismael Saibari and Serge Gnabry have been ruled out indefinitely following injuries sustained in the draw against Borussia Dortmund.
Bayern Munich face a challenging period after confirming that both Ismael Saibari and Serge Gnabry will be sidelined indefinitely. The duo were forced to leave the field during the 2-2 Bundesliga draw against Borussia Dortmund this past Saturday.
The club announced that Saibari suffered a ligament tear in his right ankle and has already successfully undergone surgery. Gnabry, meanwhile, has sustained a muscular injury to his left hamstring. These setbacks add to the existing injury list at the club, which already includes Luis Diaz and Manuel Neuer.
Recovery focus
"Surgery went well! Time to get to work. See you as soon as possible back on the pitch!"
Ismael Saibari
The timing is particularly difficult as Bayern prepares for upcoming fixtures against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League and Koln in the domestic league. Additionally, Michael Olise left the pitch during the Dortmund match with a muscle issue, though the club has yet to provide an official update on his status. Head coach Vincent Kompany is also currently unavailable for the team.
