AC Milan Emerge as Frontrunners to Sign Real Madrid Forward Endrick on Loan

AC Milan has positioned itself as the leading candidate to secure Real Madrid’s young talent Endrick on a loan deal this coming January. The Brazilian forward is reportedly looking for a fresh start to gain more competitive minutes, as his opportunities in the Spanish capital have been limited due to the intense battle for positions in the starting eleven.

According to media reports, the Italian club is keen to mirror the successful arrangement they previously had with Brahim Díaz. Milan has already made contact with the player’s camp to signal their intent. It is understood that Endrick has already given a positive response to the prospect of moving to Italy, leaving the final decision in the hands of the Real Madrid hierarchy.

A Strategic Addition for the Rossoneri

The potential move has received the approval of coach Rúben Amorim. Although the squad currently features Gonçalo Ramos as the primary striker, Amorim views Endrick as a versatile option who can operate effectively just behind the number nine. This role would grant the Brazilian the freedom to drift into wide areas, a tactical setup already utilized by players like Christian Pulisic and Diego Moreira.

The urgency for a move follows a difficult start to the season for Endrick. Under the management of José Mourinho, the forward has seen only four minutes of action on the pitch. This lack of club football contrasts with his role for the Brazilian national team, where Carlo Ancelotti has integrated him more frequently during the recent international breaks.

While Milan is currently in pole position, other clubs are also keeping a close eye on the situation. Roma expressed interest during the summer window, and Aston Villa, led by Unai Emery, remains a potential destination. However, after a successful previous loan spell at Olympique Lyon where he proved his quality with regular minutes, Endrick is determined to find a club where he can establish himself as a regular starter for the second half of the season.
